I love this dress. There's not much you can change in the outfit besides the obvious (necklace, belt, jacket, shoes) but that doesn't matter because it's cute, flattering, and fabulous (Cute, Flattering, and Fabulous, the new book by Dorothy. Do you like it? I think that it would be a great book name).
