Pants- street vendor in Bejing

Second sick day of the year. Aren't you feeling the mucus love? Wearing my always fabulous pink tank top and silky pants from China. In Bejing, when you go to markets, there's always going to be salespeople bombarding you with exclimations aimed directly at you like, "Hey! Pretty lady! You wanna buy necklace?" or "Very cheap! New headphones, very cheap!" So you can imagine my hesitation when looking at these pants, let alone price checking. A pretty saleslady came up to me and asked me if I wanted them. All of a sudden, my fight or flight mechanisms were in place (or at least my buy or cry mechanisms). I went with my instinct and, after haggling the price a little ("Very good quality! 150 yuan!") I bought them. My intention was to wear them out in public but then I realized that they were just too wide legged to be of any use to me in my everyday life so here I am, with a temperature of 101.2 degrees, wearing my lovely pants as pyjamas. I pity them, but I definitely think that they're doing what they were born to do: make me look good when I'm lounging around the house. Now somebody please bring me my cashmere hoodie! I have a fever for goodness sakes.
